Tranlink’s success formula begins with a dedicated partner recruitment team. With more than 20 years in the IT staffing and recruiting business, Suzanne and her partner Quinn are the cornerstone of Translink’s strong foundation of client relationships and top-talent candidate network.
Suzanne’s IT career began when she joined Translink in 1993, helping to facilitate the recruitment and administration operations for the business. As the company expanded Suzanne spearheaded the development of Translink’s “Focal Point Staffing” relationship with Deloitte Consulting in the mid-90’s, an Outsourcing engagement that encompassed all management functions for Deloitte’s ERP hiring initiatives.
In addition, Suzanne has helped Translink earn “platinum” vendor status with Deloitte, as well as IBM, Accenture and other Top-Tier consulting firms. She has placed candidates over the years from Analyst to Partner level, and maintains strong relationships with both client and candidate contacts.
Prior to joining Translink, Suzanne was Vice President and Sr. Account Executive for a successful marketing and public relations firm in center city Philadelphia. She holds a Bachelor of Science degree in Marketing Communications from the State University of New York. Suzanne is an elected-member of the School Board for the Gibraltar Area School District. She enjoys running, biking, yoga, boating, skiing and spending time with her husband and two active and athletic teenage sons.
